Cracks found in pipes at Hinkley B station.

Cracks have been found in boiler pipes at Hinkley Point B nuclear power station. In July The Guardian reported that:

"...reports by the Government's Nuclear Safety Directorate ... makes clear that nuclear inspectors have raised repeated concerns about the dangers of continuing to operate Hinkley Point B"

On 16th October the BBC reported that, as a consequence of leaks, British Energy shares have lost 24% of their value. Related links:
