Les and Hillary Biffen welcome you to The Plough at Holford

Locals, Les & Hillary Biffen have just taken over The Plough, during February 2007.

They aim to focus on good, home cooked, traditional food.

The Plough Inn is a totally non smoking throughout the interior although smokers are welcome to smoke in the beer garden.

The Inn is a popular rendezvous for families, mountain bikers and walking parties. Bustling tables tells the story no matter what the season.

The village of Holford is right in the middle of Coleridge Country. Here in Holford was where William Wordsworth stayed. Just behind the inn is the magical deep foliaged glen rich in folklore. Here are romantic chasms, silvery streams and fairy dells.
